As Canada’s national organization for authentic Montessori education, Montessori Canada upholds rigorous accreditation standards and supports schools through professional development, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. This partnership reflects LDVA’s dedication to providing an authentic, high-quality Montessori education.
ADASIM - Fondazione Dante Alighieri Scuole Italiane nel Mondo
ADASIM - Fondazione Dante Alighieri Scuole Italiane nel Mondo brings together Italian schools around the world to form a network with the aim of sharing high-profile experiences in teaching Italian and in Italian, promoting professional development, and jointly addressing the challenges of education. ADASIM was founded as an association in December 2023 by the Dante Alighieri Society (SDA) and five Italian schools abroad and became a foundation in February 2025. It operates under a statute based on democratic and supportive principles. The Foundation recognizes the Italian education system worldwide and operates in accordance with Italian law.
Villa Charities
Villa Charities Inc. (VCI) is a registered charity and non-profit organization that enriches lives through experiences and services that honour Italian culture and heritage. For more than 50 years across the GTA, Villa Charities has provided cultural and educational programs and supported culturally sensitive long-term care and independent living apartments for seniors. VCI fulfills their mandate through a broad range of activities, services and facilities, both directly and in conjunction with its affiliates and independent organizations. Affiliates include Columbus Centre and Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery; Villa Colombo Homes for the Aged Inc. in Toronto; Villa Colombo Seniors Centre (Vaughan) Inc. Di Poce Centre; Italian Canadian Benevolent Seniors Apartments Corporation/Casa Abruzzo Benevolent Corporation with apartments for independent seniors (Caboto Terrace, Casa Del Zotto and Casa Abruzzo); and Leonardo Da Vinci Academy of Arts & Sciences. Each of these organizations is an integral part of the Villa Charities family with separate legal status and its own governance Board.
