Upper Elementary is LDVA’s traditional education program for Grades 4 through 8, built on the enriched Ontario Ministry curriculum and delivered through an engaging approach that carries the independence and self-direction of the earlier Montessori years forward. Small class sizes mean students keep the individual attention they had in Lower Elementary.

Each student has a core home-form teacher along with specialist teachers across:

Throughout, the program encourages critical thinking, organization, and academic accountability, helping students grow into confident, independent learners with the academic and life skills to carry them well beyond LDVA.
